Keep the Compass-Level Tools. Skip the Compass Split.

AgentOS is the Compass alternative for independent agents and small teams. Your IDX site, CRM, pipeline, design editor, tour planner, and AI assistant run in one login, with no commission split, any brokerage, and your data exports with you. Compass closed its acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate in January 2026, putting Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and Sotheby’s International Realty agents under the same company.

Before the deal closed, a Zillow survey asked Anywhere agents what they’d do if it went through: 53 percent said they would definitely leave or might consider leaving their brokerage, and 18 percent said definitely. That was a prediction, not a head count, and no post-close number has been published. Separately, the New York Attorney General’s antitrust bureau opened an inquiry into the acquisition. As of the most recent reporting (June 2026), that inquiry was still open.

Everything below already works in AgentOS today: an IDX site on your own domain, visual drip follow-up timelines, branded Collections and client portals, a marketing design editor, a route-optimized tour planner, compliance and commission tracking, and an AI assistant that works across your pipeline. None of it depends on which brokerage holds your license, or on how a deal between two other companies plays out.

NAR NXT runs November 6 to 8 in New Orleans, the week many agents compare brokerages and tech for the next year. If you ever change brokerages, your contacts, listings, transactions, pipeline history, and communications export with AgentOS, so the platform stays yours no matter who holds your license.
